It’s all too easy to get bogged down in the doing of your own business, and to forget to take some time for your own development. People like Phil and Nigel are always an inspiration and it will always be time well spent to listen to them.

I think it’s also important for anyone in business to seek a mentor – someone with lots of experience and ideas who will take the time to challenge you on your ideas and where you are taking your business. This can be invaluable – and all for the price of buying them a coffee!
